1) We are now officially too lazy as Americans. Spraying peanut butter from a can is I believe the first horseman of the apocalypse.
2) My first completely final draft of a memo is due tomorrow in my legal writing class. EEEEEEEEEEK. Today I get back my first major assignment in law school, the dreaded torts assignment. EEEEEEEEEEK
3) I am reading about rape cases in criminal law, as if I didn't have enough reason to be depressed. Ladies, it may behoove you to look into our state's rape law. Evidently there are some states where actual physical force or a provable fear of ones life (like he said "I'll kill you bitch") must be used by the woman for the act to constitute rape. PISSING ME OFF TO NO END. Yes, let's tell women that unless they take actions which can unequivocally prove he raped you that you basically consent to the sex. OOH, they'll report it good then. Grrrrrrrrr. This is by no means a fair explanation of these laws, just a gross explanation of the parts that PISS ME OFF!
4) I like property law again. I think this makes me a nerd amongst law students, so a super nerd. Nobody likes property law, not even some property lawyers. I am having fun with terms like landlord/tenant, and "fee simple determinable on condition subsequent." I think maybe this is because I was a debate geek, and my brain has been craving new jargon since I quit 3.5 years ago.
